After launching the operating system on the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Fold 4, Samsung has begun to distribute OneUI 4.1, which is based on Android 12L, to the older Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. To find out if the OS update is available where you live, go to Settings > Software update > Download and install.

Google's specially designed software for tablets and foldable devices, Android 12L, basically enhances multitasking capabilities on large screens. The taskbar, which users can rapidly access and contains the most recently launched apps, is one of the main features of the Android 12L. For example, owners of Samsung tablets and foldables can enable multi-screen mode by dragging and dropping programmes from the taskbar. According to Samsung, this offers a recognisable PC-like interface that places all of your needs at your fingertips. If users don't like how the taskbar looks, they may also choose to conceal it.

Samsung claims that owners of the Galaxy Z Flip 3 can now preview and snap pictures on the cover screen in their original aspect ratio on an official blog post. Additionally, photos in Portrait Mode will be previewed on the little cover display. Users of Z Flip 4 may now make calls, dial back, and react to messages directly from the cover screen thanks to the software update.

On the other hand, users of the Galaxy Fold 4 can activate split-screen mode using a clever gesture feature. When an application is open, you can access the app tray by swiping two fingers from left to inside. If not, drop and drag items from the taskbar. Aside from that, when customers make phone calls, Samsung has updated the user interface. Users of Fold may now scan text in an image and copy-paste it into a note-taking or messaging app, thanks to Apple's inspiration.
